Positivity definitely attracts more positivity!  The way that you start your day definitely sets the tone as to how the rest of your day is going to go.  I totally believe that what you put out to the world as far as your attitude, will be what gets attracted back to you.  So why not start off your day right by doing one or more of these positive things!

 

10 Ways to Start Your Day the Right Way

  1. Do some morning stretches before getting out of bed.
  2. Say and write down 3 things that you are grateful for in your life.
  3. Do some exercise to get you feeling healthy and strong.
  4. Eat a healthy breakfast.
  5. Put together a to-accomplish list and organize your day.
  6. Do something nice for someone else, such as paying someone a compliment or sending a nice email.
  7. Listen to some upbeat music; something that revs you up, gets you in a great mood.
  8. Read an inspirational blog or magazine article.
  9. De-clutter your desk, purse, or other area.
  10. Keep a positive quote that you can relate to, next to you all day as you take on the day.
