I truly believe that in order for each one of us to soar in life, we must resolve the things that are holding us back. They are the things that at some level keep creeping up in our life. They are the things that keep an emotional, negative affect on us. We may not always think they are affecting us, but they really are at some level. For myself, I always explore if there are some unresolved things in my life prior to taking on a big goal because I want to ensure I am focused and have the positive energy I need to make the greatest impact. The things that we need to resolve are unique to ourselves. The key is to find out what things need to be resolved in your own life so you can commit to taking care of them and move positively forward from them.

Cynthia, I loved this. A lot of times we don’t think that certain things are weighing us down when they actually are. Something simple as cleaning out clutter is a weight! We’ve got to remember to examine ourselves to see what is stopping us from progressing! I loved what you said about how you explore to see if you have any unresolved things prior to taking on big goals. I think that is powerful!
