10 Commitments To Make Starting Right Now

  1. Commit to Treating Your Body Like A Temple – Take great care of yourself. Regularly exercise and fuel your body with powerful, healthy foods! Put self-care at the top of your priority list every day.
  2. Commit to Treating Yourself With Respect! – If you want to be treated with respect by others, know that you must treat yourself well and with the highest level of respect.
  3. Commit to Believing in Yourself – It all starts with you. If you don’t believe in yourself, it will be harder for others to have the confidence in you. Work on yourself. Take a deep dive on your own or with a Mentor as to what your true gifts are and what you are meant to do in this world.
  4. Commit to Taking Personal Responsibility for Your Life – No more blaming others when things don’t go your way. When you take full ownership, you will create your best life.
  5. Commit to Focusing On The Positive – You have the choice of being miserable or positive. Do things every day that will help you keep positive and when you feel any negative feelings coming on, be sure to shift your environment.
  6. Commit to Surrounding Yourself With The Best People – If you want to be your best, you have to surround yourself with the best. Commit to not staying around toxic, negative people.  Your life will be so much better for it.
  7. Commit to Taking Positive Actions Forward Each Day – You have to put the work in each and every day to reach your goals.  Have a plan each day and positively push yourself to get it done.
  8. Commit to Reaching Out for Support When Needed – Know that reaching out to a Mentor or Coach is a source of great strength and with that accountability piece in place, you can reach your dreams in a quicker, more efficient manner. Don’t go through the journey alone.
  9. Commit to Developing Awesome Relationships With People – Know that one of the keys to success is being able to effectively communicate with people. Listen to understand and provide consistent value to others. When you give to others, you will receive amazing things back in your life.
  10. Commit to Living Each Second of Your Life to the Fullest – Do not take one second of your life for granted. Life is flying by. It is time to do what makes you happy in life and be really good to your loved ones.

    I started living some of these last year and saw big results (as in 65+ lbs lost, fitness over 45, and a respect for myself I’ve never experienced) – So committing to all 10 of these is going to get me more success in 2016. You can do it too!

    I started some of these things last year as well and have got rid of 30 pounds and eating healthier and exercising. Down 4 pant size’s and feeling great. Going to continue to focus on myself because that is extremely hard for me but I know I can do it.
